Primacy - Queen's Quay Medical Family Health Organization

Words can not describe how unbelievably bad the front desk is at this clinic. Its shocking how bad they are. I had an extremely rude lady who was incredibly impolite and downright rude. If it helps, I was there on Tuesday, May 23rd - it was the Caucasian lady wearing glasses. No way I am sticking to clinic. Just came here and the reviews check out with my experience.

I have been desperately trying to book an appointment with Dr. Parvez for weeks. Front desk hangs up the phone after putting you on hold, or will send you to a voicemail that is not checked. I sent my request by email too and no answer. I will find another family doctor.

10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up - are they very busy or understaffed - I'm looking for a job I'll answer your phones!

Not too sure why doctors in the clinic are not doing anything about their front desk administration. Good doctors, terrible front desk support.

I don't know what the doctors are like but the receptionist was a complete jerk. I would never recommend this place to anybody new. She was horrendous.
