        Lite Mind Body is a cute space, however very small. The sauna is tiny and no room to lie down or move around really. I had a massage with Sean and hes great! however the space where the massage is given is not very private.

        I used the infrared lite sauna at my last visit. I was experiencing low energy and lots of body aches prior to the visit. After using this lite sauna service, it helped me sweat out toxins and helped me energized and refreshed. The space is lovely and you get your own little private room. Towels and robes are provided. I had a lot of questions and the staff were very friendly and responded quickly. Have already recommended this wellness space to friends and family.
