Lakefront Clinics on Queens Quay

Having visited the walk-in clinic for about four years, Dr. Karim Abdel-Aty has been my Doctor, both in-person at Lakefront Clinic and online. He has been professional, has had good communication skills, and has always been respectful. Dr. Karim goes beyond the call of duty to diagnose my illnesses accurately. I am grateful for Dr. Karim as he has helped me to get through various illnesses to good health, His focus is clearly on treating illnesses, and on bringing me back to health and well-being. I cannot thank Dr. Karim, Dr. Cadotte and Dr. Haq enough at Lakefront Clinic. I cannot thank them all enough for their non-judgemental acceptance. Jerry, the Pharmacist is equally a part of this hard-working dedicated team. And Brenda, the Administrator & CoordinatorI am very grateful.

Worse walk in clinic experience ever! Clinic opens at 9, Receptionist showed up at 9.20 just to inform walk-in doctor is not available and should come back tomorrow.

They should call this a walk out clinic. I called ahead and was told the wait at noon would be about 30 minutes. When i arrived i was asked for my health card and to put on a mask and have a seat. About 15 miutes later I was given a form to fill out and I returned it in 5 minutes. After about another 10 minutes I was asked for a piece of Photo ID and was told the wait would be an hour. The place is small and if over crowded with patients. I would recommend looking for another clinic.

An absolutely wonderful walk-in clinic! My dad, who was travelling from Northern Ontario and going overseas forgot his medication at home. When he landed at Billy Bishop Airport he walked to the clinic (6 minute walk) and was able to see a doctor and get his prescription all within 30 minutes. All of the staff (Receptionist, Doctor and Pharmacist) were very welcoming, kind and helpful!! They really went above and beyond to make sure he made it to his flight on time that was going overseas. Definitely recommend!! Thank you again!!
