Bloom Family Practice

Unfortunately, I have had a very bad experience with this clinic. The receptionist named MONICA is extremely rude and unprofessional and sometimes without checking the information on her end properly provides miss information and gets mad every time I ask about the info she gives or am confused about what's going on . She hanged up on me 2 times telling me that I WAS WASTING HER TIME by asking question about the referral we received. I was polite and just was confused. SHE MADE ME CRY. I really don't think anyone deserve to be treated like that mainly when you are fragile and need help at the time . I consider reporting this unprofessional and non human behaviour. Staffs working at a family doctor clinic expected to be patient and kind toward other humans. I don't think someone who hates their job or people has to work in such office. The first time I decided to not leave a review but the second time after she made me cry I decided to use this platform. We might consider changing our family doctor clinic as this is not acceptable for the purpose of a long term relationship.

I had a great experience with my new doctor, Naila Kassam. Kind and thoughtful. When I was leaving the office, Dr Kassam came out to to follow up on a tetanus shot that I need. Great considerate service. Thank Dr Khan for a great referral!

Just joined their service last year. They mention on their website "We work hard to ensure you feel respected and welcomed at our clinic" - which I absolutely did not feel today, quite the opposite. The lady who picked up my call today (1 - 1:30 PM) was very rude. I understand the stress we are all under, but that is no excuse to display borderline animosity on a call to book an appointment. There is also no email to provide feedback and report this behavior from Admin staff, so I have no other platform to get this to the folks at Bloom.

Weve been with Bloom Family Practice since it began. Dr Hooper has been amazing with our kids. The nurses and receptionists have all been very nice. It is a very professional and friendly office.

Me and my young family are patients of Dr. Hooper at Bloom. Dr. Hooper is terrific physician and is proactive, an attentive and compassionate listener, and provides very clear, well-supported medical advice. The nurses are friendly, warm, and very capable. Reception staff are organized and calls are either picked up immediately or returned within a couple of hours. We are able to get appointments to see the doctor fairly conveniently and Bloom also has after hours care for last minute emerging concerns (which certainly come up when you have a toddler)! The clinic space is conveniently located for subway access. For access by car, there is Green P parking lot a short walk away (next to the Hyatt), or street parking along Charles. If you're willing to walk a bit further and pair it with a delicious trip to Eataly, you can also park at the Manulife centre (and with a minimum purchase at Eataly, get 2 hrs free parking). The office space is newly renovated and sunny and bright, which is a refreshing change from the typical drab beige medical office that is a time capsule of the 1980s.
