Enhanced Care Medical Clinic - Junction

I used to love this place and had my family doctor there. Recently they seem to have gone downhill. I tried to make an appointment and didnt hear back from them for days, didnt pick up their phone either. I eventually heard about 5 days later that my family doctor is no longer there and the website to book appointments is a new one now (the old one was still linked here). Im not sure if this means I no longer have a family doctor as they didnt communicate what that means for me at all.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AT THIS WALK-IN CLINIC and the adjoining pharmacy as the walk-in clinic disrespects and wastes their patients' time. Checked their website before walking 45 minutes - with a cane - to get there. Website says they close at 7pm. Arrived after 6 and receptionist says they closed at 6pm! Told her to update their website, and she said she has already passed on that message but nothing was done. Maybe when the public catches wind of this clinic's lack of respect and professionalism for their prospective patients, they will actually take the time to update their hours. Would have given zero stars, but that is not an option. GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME GOING THERE!

I recommend Dr. Arthur Dermen to anyone who is seeking a professional medical advice. It was helpful experience.

Don't believe the negative reviews. This is a provider of friendly and professional medical service. I've found everyone in the office helpful, from the doctor to the pharmacy. I have been 3-4 times for flu shot or check-up and always had a good experience. I think the negative reviews are fakes.
