Skin Reset

I had a facial with Nazli a few weeks ago. I just went in for a consult and she booked time off in her calendar just incase I decided I wanted to go ahead with a peel which was tremendously nice of her. I had an acne facial with a chemical peel. The level of attention she paid to my skin was unlike anything I have ever received from any esthetician. She made recommendations to help improve my skincare routine that were not from her own skincare line, but from Shopper's, which showed that she wasn't just trying to make money, she actually wanted to help (unlike many estheticians). I had a facial and laser hair removal treatment and both Nazli and Kasia were knowledgeable, attentive and detail oriented. I felt so relaxed and both ladies were able to help me understand the purpose of each product that is best suited to my skin type. I had my first laser hair removal session at the skin reset clinic and I was lucky enough to be treated by Nazli. I was very nervous and restless, but Nazli was incredibly considerate and empathetic. She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable before starting the session. Her patience and professionalism made a huge difference for me, and I'm grateful for her care.
