This is by far my favourite medi spa in the city. The space is beautiful and clean and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend booking with Emily! She is so nice to work with and she is super detail oriented!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough, particularly for anyone who is just starting their journey with skincare treatments. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals. My first Dysport treatment with Emely was an absolute game-changer. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process and address any concerns I had, making the entire experience seamless and comfortable. I had booked a 75 min biologique recherche facial at North Med spa. While everything else was nice and all my questions were patiently answered, my skin concerns factored in, what was really disappointing was that while the facial is for 75 mins, it was completely in just 45 mins! I was left underwhelmed with the whole experience. I would expect to receive a complete service and experience when I pay for something and this is a fairly high end service. I also bought quite a few products from them and the total purchase was around ~$800. I may go there to buy products but probably not a for a facial again.

Great place, Ive been a client since 2021. Ive had numerous (10+) treatments here. Laser hair removal and botox. The staff here are great, if you are looking for a botox treatment I recommend you see Dr. Emely and if you are looking for laser hair removal I recommend you see Emma. Both are superb. The front desk staff are great especially Jessica for recommending products.
