I planned on browsing and checking out the Harry Rosen Store for some new sweaters and halfzips and I found exactly what I wanted - the service by Dejauhn was extremely good, friendly and focused on the costumer - solid 10/10 experience!

Had a great experience with Jelena. I needed a suit for my wedding, and she made sure we got the right fit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated.

Just read a review stating, "You have to be dressed like a celebrity to get service here." So untrue! I went to Harry's, fresh off a train, dressed in my travel attire; faded jeans, plain tee, baseball cap, scuffed runners, and I was served just as professionally as those arriving in 'nice' attire. Although I'm sure service is not always "perfect" (as with anywhere), some of the negative reviews here savour of impatience, self-entitlement, and unreasonable assumptions (like the store "stealing buttons"). I see no indication in those reviews of rudeness or intended malice from associates. As for chronically disgruntled shoppers; if one lacks the class, etiquette, and consideration required to wait one's turn, or to ask for assistance, or to simply recognize that those in the service industry are human beings and deserve respect, then perhaps one is better suited to a more "self-serve" shopping experience like, say, Walmart!
