Unprofessional and rude management at this location. I am so disappointed at lack of customer service, is it because Im different HM is this how you treat your customers? You need better training for those you put in management positions, as some are not equipped to be in such a role, if they cant handle basic costumer services.

Personally witnessed one of the male staff members treat a FEMALE customer as male, referring her to the men's section when she was looking for a different size of a top she found in the women's section. I heard him specifically say, "Oh, that top is actually for women. The men's section is this way. Here, I'll show you." The actions of the staff member did not make any sense and was not helpful and I would even say screams discrimination. The female customer was not thrilled about this. When I asked her if she was OK, she said it's been a long time since she was misgendered. I hope she follows my advice and decides to sue this location. In addition, based on what I witnessed, I will never come back to this location. I will also certainly be spreading the word about this location's blatant discrimination against marginalized members of our society.
