Russell is a terrific physiotherapist. He took my frozen shoulder one fall and had me doing the crawl by the time summer rolled around - never had so much as a twinge in it since. I recommend him to all my friends with joint and muscle issues.

Russel Lang is very professional and pleasant, his office is always extremely clean but most of all, he is able to relieve my lower back pain using light touch and ultrasound therapy.

Im not sure why there are some less than positive reviews here. Everything is very clean and tidy. Front desk staff very friendly and polite. Russell is very professional and a great therapist. I went to another physio clinic for a few months and the pain and discomfort I had never lessened. I have been coming here for a few weeks, twice a week and already the pain and issues I had for many months has greatly improved. Great physio clinic!

On my first visit they tried to sell me an overpriced menthol rub as a treatment for my strain (not science-based treatment!). My regular $75 appointment consisted of 20 minutes of massage, 10 minutes of ultra sound (not science-based treatment!) and 10 minutes of sitting with an ice pack (not a treatment, more a pain management tool). I had 6 appointments and almost no improvement. Quick googling will tell you that muscle strain recovery must include a great variety of stretches. Luckily I sought for the second opinion and found an amazing doctor at different clinic.
