Edit: Appreciate your reply Sharon. My point is that Alanna was the one that forgot to get back to me. And how does my first rescheduling matter given that it was well over the 24 hours limit? If she has an issue with even that, perhaps she shouldn't be working with people. Doesn't sound very empathetic or realistic. Sought out Alanna Fish due to a reco. The 15 min consult (free) was honestly a waste of time but perhaps that's the same with all initial phone consultations? Anyway, she said she'd let me know if they were able to direct bill my insurance before my appointment but I didn't hear back. I called my insurance the day of the appointment to check if Alanna was licensed and registered with them, and she wasn't so I called Ace Physio to get more information. Abby was very helpful and understanding, and rescheduled the appointment for me so that I could wait for confirmation from Greenshield. And then she had to call me back to say my appt was cancelled and I can't book with Alanna anymore. So, Alanna forgot to get back to me about the insurance claim process, and when I called back to confirm the status and reschedule, she found it to be me that was inconsistent? Ha okay, I'll go elsewhere then ;)
