Terrible costumer service from receptionist to doctor. Not friendly at all and arrogant. Definitely not the place to go if your looking for a FAMILY doctor.

That clinic has nothing to do with stem cell therapy. Just making patient disappointed in that effective (cell Regeneration) treatment . They are badly using name of that treatment just for business needs, without any professional knowledge in that treatment.

Dr Hakoun is so efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I felt like he really knew what he was doing and talking about. I didn't wait long before I was seen. The receptionist was really pleasant as well. And accommodating! It's so nice to have good meet establishments - it's rare, unfortunately!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Didnt even get to meet the doctor. Front desk lady named Melanie had set me up for an appointment and when I showed up, she denies that she made an appointment. She raises her voice when i simply tried to figure out what had happened. I ended up proving her wrong and had to ask for her apologies and she still gave me an attitude as I walked out of that clinic.
