Great overall customer service. I bought a used iphone and they were very helpful with explaining the phones and comparing each with the details and prices. Did not try to upsell and found the best phone that suited me and my budget. Phone is working perfectly! (Follow Up) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My mom needed a new phone and I chose these guys again. They seriously provide amazing customer service

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I purchased a phone in "excellent condition" at first I thought it couldn't charge but that was only because they sent a charger that didnt work.. then I noticed the audio on the phone itself didnt work.. I returned it and requested a refund because I was over all the small issues and didnt want to have to keep looking for problems for a phone that was supposedly in "excellent condition". I returned the phone via canada post and literally had to remind them to process my refund a week later. At first I thought the customer service was great but now I feel if I didnt notice these issues sooner I would be stuck with a phone that they knew didn't work.
