I have known Mike for over a decade in the mortgage world. We first worked with Mike when we wanted to refinance a property. He was very diligent in getting us the best rates possible with good lenders. Very professional, and very quick to answer questions and concerns. When I need a mortgage, he is the first person that I call. When I call him, he always has time to listen to questions and give his opinion and thoughts, regardless if there is a deal to be made or not. Great experience working with Mike. He knows it all and is happy to share his knowledge with his clients. He was patient in working with us while we managed our move from overseas. He was also able to find and/or match extremely competitive rates - our lawyer even remarked how this was the lowest rate he'd seen from our lender. No hesitation in recommending him - he went out of his way to make our first home purchase a smooth one. Would definitely work with him again in the future!

There is a lot to consider when getting a mortgage (especially for the first time) and Mike helped my wife and I to figure out what options would work best for us and answered all of our questions. He also got us a better rate than other people we talked to.
