Hasty was very diligent in helping us finding the best rate and getting a pre-approval for our mortgage. She acted very quickly to help us secure a rate before the next increase in spite of our busy schedule and being unable to provide documents in a timely manner. She followed up frequently with us to update us on the application as well as document requests from the bank. Further, she worked with us and the underwriter to simplify the document requests to streamline the process. Hasty is friendly, kind, and patient and truly puts in her best effort in providing the best service to her clients. She is truly knowledgeable and offers excellent advice on the mortgage environment to assist in making a decision to go variable or fixed and for how many years. As lawyers, working with a mortgage agent who is client focused, organized and willing to go the extra mile for clients is crucial for us. Clients are often left in the dark by their mortgage agent after the mortgage is approved and sent off to the lawyer. This is never the case with Hasty and whenever a file comes in with her name on it we know it will be treated with care from her end. Her clients can count on their transactions closing stress free and on time because of the extra effort she puts in right up to closing. I cannot say enough good things about Hasty! My partner and I needed a mortgage renewal and were having issues due to some challenges with our credit.
