Closed a purchase in Jan 2023 where Ian arranged the mortgage. Ian takes the time from start to finish to answer all questions. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable about mortgage options and lender offerings, and very detail oriented. I would definitely work with Ian again on my next purchase/renewal/refinance.

I found Ian online via Google Maps; he and his assistant helped me with the purchase of my first home. Ian spent a full hour explaining to me the process from start to finish.
