I recieved a call from this office about a mortgage application, At this time I am not applying for ANY mortgages. Yesterday I got a call about a veiwing also. Given that such scams have been happening lately, the hair on the back of my neck raised. The women I spoke with was pleasant enough until i insisted on further info...given that my number is clearly on some sort of formal signed documemt. When I tried to discuss how best to put my suspion at each...she hung up! Nice

Morris Oziel handled our refinance in dec 2021 with excellence! Morris was professional, efficient, reliable, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. He handled our refinance with ease and made us feel secure and trusted every step of the way. He was on top of every phone call, every email and every meeting. He alway took the time and patience to explain every detail in length so we knew exactly what our options were and how to move fwd. He gave informative advice and always had our best interest at heart. When we had a small hiccup with our real estate lawyer and the lending company, he immediately mediated the situation and made sure it was resolved to our benefit. To top it all off, right when we were about to close he was able to secure an additional .15 off our interest rate and saved us even more money. Hands down the best mortgage broker I have every dealt with and I highly recommend his services. We will definitely be using his services again on our next real estate purchase. My only regret is not leaving him an excellent review sooner!

5 stars to Paul and his team. We had a great experience with CityCan Financial Corporation. Paul is professional, well informed and a leader in his business. We also dealt with Luisa who works with Paul and she is a very happy & efficient lady.
