I have been going to perfect nails for pedicures for years now and Ive never had a complaint, decent pricing for a nice job. Today I went in for a bio gel refill and shellac pedicure. It was my first time at a salon for my finger nails in years as my best friend is a certified nail tech and I normally do my nails with her. My best friend is currently on a long trip and I desperately needed a refill otherwise I wouldnt come to the salon. Sam looked at my nails and straight away asked me where I did my nails last, for which I told her my best friend does them. She proceeds to tell me that the gel on my nails is not bio gel (when I know that it is). I told her that it was, and she proceeds to take off my previous shellac. She then asks me if I want square nails and I told her that I do, she said okay and starts putting on my new gel. She then tells me that due to the fact that she had to take off all of my old shellac and gel, the service will cost $60 instead of $50. I asked her why the price went up when all she did was take off my shellac. She tells me that thats not true and that she had to do a whole new set on me (without asking me beforehand). I complained and told her that she should have told me before doing so, because I didnt ask her to take it all off nor did it need to come off completely (hence why I booked just a refill). Sam then tells me if you are not happy I will pay the extra $10, its okay. This really didnt sit well with me. $10 extra is not the issue, its the fact that she didnt ask me before hand. She then comments and says next time you come, a service like this will cost you $65 just so you know. I then proceed to tell her I will not be coming back. In this whole process she cut two of my fingers until they bled while filing, and gave me coffin nails when we clearly agreed on square. My pedicure was done by a different nail tech which came out beautifully as always. When I went to pay the receptionist told me that my nails were going to be $60 and my pedicure was going to be $45. She said I know Sam didnt tell you beforehand but the nails will be $60 today, is that okay? I said yes for today thats fine but I wont be coming here again unfortunately. It wasnt until I said that, that she told me the nails were gonna be $50. Safe to say I definitely wont be going back due to the unprofessionalism of certain staff. Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

I went in for a pedicure today. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The worse pedicure I have ever gotten. They cut my nails way too short. The polish doesnt fully cover my nails and the bottom of my feet are as if they werent even touched. They do not clean their utensils properly. I saw one of the girls washing them quickly with water and a brush and place them in a bin to dry. They were not disinfected properly. I will not be going back.
