WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I booked an appointment here for shellac mani & pedi a week ago, and the shellac for mani started peeling off almost immediately. I booked the first appointment on a Thursday and called on Monday to complain and the lady on the other end told me i could come in for a redo free of charge as long as its less than a week since the initial appointment. I told her i didnt want to get shellac again bcs i didnt want to risk it peeling off again, and if i could get acrylic instead. She said yes but itd be more expensive. I confirmed with her that id only be paying the difference between the original shellac and the new acrylic set, which shouldnt be more than $15, since shellac costs $40 and acrylic is $55. However, when i went in to get the acrylic on Wednesday, they charged me for a full set and only offered $10 off for the inconvenience so i had to pay $50 the second time($5 extra charge for removing the peeling shellac ). Absolutely ridiculous. Why would i pay full price for a fresh set less than a week after the original if the original sets peeling off??? It shouldnt be peeling off in the first place?? The staff should communicate better with eachother bcs they even tried gaslighting me and denying the phone call ever took place, but thankfully i had receipts in my call log. I understand its a different service and its not fair to the diff nail technicians but atleast communicate that before i get the new set?? I told them before the appointment why i was getting it redone but i dont think they understood. If id known id be paying full price for the new acrylic set i wouldve never gone through with it. Most places offer a free service for mistakes made but i had to pay basically full price both times. Great.

I'm a pedestrian and they let me sit down to get my nails done in less than 10 minutes. I think that is very accommodating. This was my first time and I intend to return. I love it. Each technician's pace of work can vary, but I've been there for between 45 minutes and an hour and the service here has been excellent. I'm so glad I found this place!
