I am not exaggerating to say that as a PTSD and GAD Generalised Anxiety Disorder, social anxiety, phobia patient recognised by ODSP and my disabled husband Hani Shalaby as well, I testify with grief and sorrow that CCVT is an organisation break Human Rights and push people with trauma to commit suicide, the employees can easily transform your life from worse to the worst. Mona Khalil is a discriminatory counsellor who traumatised me and my husband Hani Shalaby too much and prevents all the resources and services which we deserve as newcomers resettled refugees with disability besides recognised famous torture victims, she puts our lives under risk and betrayed our confidential information to her Egyptian community. She is dishonest, racist, sectarian, has partiality, nepotism besides she incites her colleagues Samar Ahmed and Domine to discriminate against us and treat us badly and forbid us to reach our rights and breach Human rights and turn our life into hell. They all neglected and ignored us systematically on purpose to destroy us. We highly dont recommend this organisation and warn to be victimised by them as we are. Never trust this organisation, supervisors cover up the corrupt employees and everyone cover up each other because they are all one in the systematic corruption and never make a serious or honest investigations to stop the corrupt employees. CCVTs logo became a horrible nightmare and trauma to us.I highly unrecommend this traumatic false organization that is made for nepotistic reasons to fabricate stories for fake asylum seekers to get approved and take the entitled, deserved tortured victims. Recently we received an email from the new Arabic counsellor in CCVT Shaymaa El Atrash and she continued the path of nepotism, discrimination, partiality, racism, terrorism, corruption and spying as her former colleague Mona Khalil and Domine. She betrayed our data to the Egyptian and Arabic lobby and intelligence in Canada and all that is illegal and under the table They are agents of Egyptian and Arabic lobby intelligence to harm us. We were assaulted and have the injuries proofs by their gang. I highly unrecommend it and as a human rights consultant I call for getting defund this false corrupt organization.

I met with a counselor. she was attentive, and compassionate to my experience migrating to Canada. I will recommend this place to anyone. I was able to put my life back together one step at a time because someone helped me. Thank you CCVT

This place is a small heaven for people seeking true support and encouragement. If it were not for a gentle lady from CCVT, whom I met and worked with when I first arrived in Canada , I cannot say what would have become of us back then. I pray God to bless and protect her. She has become a good sister and friend to my family, she worked tirelessly to see to it that my family and I made it to where we were going and achieved what God had ordained to be ours. God bless you sister Mildred Fidele, May Allah shower you and your family with all his goodness and kindness and may he sent angels to ran to your assistance whenever you need some help. Yo have a heart of jewel, I treasure the few times i met you and you became my true warrior and advocate. I have no true or right words to describe CCVT, especially in view of what each of you have done for us during the times when we all came running to CCVT, and you generously opened your doors wide and with all your arms outstretched in a gentle , warm welcome gesture without turning anyone of us away. I do not want to forget sister Mbalu, God bless you too sister. You know what you did for my son, May God favors you too wherever you are. To those whose names I have mentioned and even those i did not, I ask God today to bless you all. My family and I love and miss you. Stay safe! and healthy.
