The ultra sound tech misdiagnosed me as having endometriosis on both ovaries when 3 weeks before the first ultrasound showed nothing. Now, everyone knows ultra sounds are not the most ac irate way to diagnose this abs can in fact misdiagnose. When I requested a retest bc it didnt make sense I was refused and a week late received an email telling me to seek fertility help elsewhere. Astounding! Medical negligence and refusal to redo tests thats is unacceptable. Shortly after I had laporascopy which confirmed I didnt have endometriosis on my ovary as the ultra tech claimed. They were in fact wrong, I didnt know at the time that I can file a complaint wish I did. A doctor should have met with me to discuss at the very least instead he kicked me out without even talking to be about the retest. I have notes form surgery which shows their ultra sound was in fact wrong. Went somewhere else and had an excellent care and got my family. Do not recommend this place

Don't lose your time here. Convenient location but terrible stuff (yes real!). A general negative environment where they don't want success easily because they want from you, all your pocket. Ok, money is fine if they are good. Time is important, and they waste your non-reversible time. This place should be banned from service

Superb experience so far at Hannam Fertility Centre. The staff is so friendly and they genuinely care about you. Communication has been clear and they explain every step thoroughly (I tell everyone they work like a well-oiled machine.) When in doubt, I can email or place a phone call and will get an answer back right away or within 24 hours- this isnt to be taken for granted as I know many clinics arent so responsive. I am a teacher so receiving the daily afternoon calls are tricky, but the nurses are very accommodating with calling during times that I am away from students. Its been about two years since starting our journey at Hannam and I am very grateful for the positive experiences (both on natural conception and Ivf teams), very highly recommend. Only downside is that it seems to be a bit pricier with some things than other fertility centres (E.g. sperm wash) but in my opinion worth it for the quality of care.
