After waiting for over a year and a half to get an appointment with Dr Ornstein, I cant believe my experience. The appointment was very rushed. The doctor mentioned several times she only has 10min. I was constantly cut off, not ever given a chance to speak, because she had other commitments elsewhere, and had to go. She treated my issue with very little care and zero urgency. Even though i am in constant pain. I was sent to do some test, and have no clue what the results are. I am unable to speak to anyone at this clinic. I have been calling for over four weeks, they don't pick up their phones, and their v/m is always full. Very horrible service.

It seems like either she really hates her job or is too old for it but doesnt want to retire. I had the most traumatizing delivery experience with her recently just because she was on call at the hospital when I was giving birtj. Very poor bedside manner, unprofessional and rude. Was yelling at me for crying and made rude comments about my baby. She couldnt make a judgement call on an emergency csection for a long time while both baby and I were in distress. Finally another doctor took over and took me to operation room right away. She should retire yesterday.

The receptionist is flat out rude!!! Im a first time mother a with lots of worries and no one deserve to be talked down to like I was for asking simple questions!!! Im shaking right now!!! Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Way to make your patients feel at ease!!! And judging from the previous comments, Im not the first to experience this disgusting behaviour! Do better!!!
