So to set the scene, I just had a birthday (a big one) and promptly need glasses as per my optometrist. My partner loved this place so I decided to check it out and hopefully find my new face. And I gotta say, despite all of my insecurities this was the most fun I had shopping in a while! The optician was wonderfully patient and very encouraging to just go for it and try on all the different styles available. The selection was superb (I had spent like an hour at LensCrafters the week before, tried literally a hundred pairs and walked away disappointed that I'd have to wear glasses from now on), she gave me a few tips and tricks on what to think about and consider when trying the frames. They were very helpful and definitely helped the selection process. I really can't do justice to how enjoyable this shopping process was. The questions the optician asked were very subtle and did not make me feel self-conscious or defensive, she gave honest feedback and didn't sugarcoat or sell a frame when it clearly didn't look good on me, and she really let me go for it and try on all sorts of funky stuff for fun as a kick. I'll also say that the frames they have here are really lovely. I think the inventory they choose to keep on hand makes choosing really hard but in a good way. I don't know if this would matter to others, but the few times I've visited here I feel like the glasses that the staff were wearing also stood out and looked fantastic. It did help guide me a little since I felt their taste in eyewear was excellent.

Watch out for the old geezer that charges extra $5 for a glasses cleaner. I paid with visa and the man said 10 bucks for it. It came to cashing out he faced away the visa machine and just made me tap. I'm guessing he added 5 bucks extra for "TAX". Buyer beware.

Went in with my Girlfriend to get her glasses fixed. Her frames were missing a screw and wouldnt hold the lenses properly. Repaired at no cost! Very polite and knowledgeable owner.
