I cannot say enough great things about Dr Heckler and her team! I just finished my Invisalign treatment and I couldn't be happier. Besides the fantastic final results (I love my new smile!), I'm really blown away by what a pleasant experience it was, from beginning to end. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and experienced! They will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Invisalign can be a long journey, and it makes all the difference to have a team of dedicated experts supporting you the whole way. Dr Heckler is exceptional at what she does. She explains every treatment thoroughly, in a way that you can understand, taking the time to answer all of your questions. She is clearly an expert in her field, as she is knowledgeable about all the possible treatment options, their different outcomes, and what is best suited to you based on your lifestyle. She really takes the time to get to know you and figure out what's best for your unique situation. I was particularly impressed by how she helped trouble-shoot when I came across some challenges. She is genuinely invested in your progress and will do whatever she can to accommodate and support you. I really cannot recommend them enough. My only regret is not finding them sooner! Had an amazing experience with braces treatment over the past 3 years. Dr. Heckler and her whole team are amazing; so polite and patient. They made the process as enjoyable as it could have been and explained every step thoroughly. I hope more people are able to benefit from this service and find improvement in their life! Over the course of my recent orthodontic treatments, Dr Andrea Heckler made my experience far smoother than I had expected. There were no surprises regarding treatment and cost, each member of the team was personable and professional and between them they made every visit feel like a visit with friends. I never thought I would rate a dental experience as 'fantastic' but that is the word I choose to summarise my visits to Dr. Heckler and her team at Annex Orthodontics and Periodontics.
