Weve been getting our dog, Alices food here for the 3 and a half years weve had her. Alice had so many issues with kibble when we got her that we made the decision to switch to raw and have never looked back. Karen and her staff are knowledgeable, helpful and kind, even during covid we were always able to get our dogs food without issue or hassle. We also get turkey necks on occasion and they are a meal unto themselves. Highly recommend this place for value, customer service and quality!

This is one of the first dedicated raw food stores I know of. The owner Karen is extremely knowledgeable in several product lines and can make great recommendations. I've been raw feeding for over 20 years and I appreciate not having to make the food myself anymore. I've always visited the Gerrard location.
