I wish I could give a higher review. I've been here 6ish times and always get a fried panzaroti with extra cheese. Normally it's great, but last time it was very undercooked, the cheese wasn't even melted and it was doughy still inside, and was mostly sauce. It was totally inedible and I had to throw it out, but I was going to work and couldn't return it. I get it, mistakes happen, so this time when I ordered (after I paid) I told them that the last time I ordered it was undercooked and filled with sauce, so maybe just cook mine a bit longer this time. The owner/manager cut me off and told me it was impossible for a fried panzaroti to be undercooked and was very dismissive, immediately insinuatd that I was lying. I explained that I'm not trying to get a discount, and that normally I love their panzarotis, but the last time it was so bad I couldn't even eat it. Again though he completely dismissed me and said it was impossible, so again saying that I was lying. I used to work in a pizza place. It's definitely not impossible to under-fry something, and I don't enjoy being called a liar, especially when I'm not even trying to get anything, other than properly cooked food. Whatever, clearly he's not going admit he's wrong but at least he's probably make sure it was cooked this time. I get my panzaroti and take it home and it's got pepperoni in it. Pepperoni is an extra ingredient that I absolutely did not order. I always order extra cheese because I'm vegetarian. I cut into it to see if they were all the way through and noticed, once again, cold unmelted cheese just like last time. Once again couldn't eat my food. Won't be going here again unfortunately.
