SUREFLOW PLUMBING & DRAIN TORONTO

I had another rooter co come out to attempt to clear a clogged toilet. After 4 visits and the problem getting worse, rather than better, I decided to give up on them. We called this company and John came out who could not be more pleasant and professional. In no time, he had our drains up and running with no issues at all. Personally running an HVAC co. I know how a service business should be run and this company is as good as it gets with quality work and top-notch customer service!

My senior citizen parents had a problem with a toilet that couldn't drain. They tried plunging it themselves with no success. They called Nick who came out within hours and we were able to fix the problem within minutes. Given the simplicity of the fix, they waived all charges. Certainly nice people! Like this company.

Giovanni was incredible! Our garbage disposal was clogged for a while but he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the situation expertly and quickly. He was kind and patient with all our questions. We are so relieved that the sink isn't flooded anymore!

Nicholas has done plumbing work for me many times at Dad's apt building. Always does his work efficiently and has no problems afterward (no need for a 2nd visit). This time it was a clogged utility sink in the basement that needed snaking. Showed me how to do it myself with a snake (handheld/crank) that my dad had. Just attach a drill to it and hand feed. Will save a call for the next time the drain gets clogged.

Christopher came and helped us clear a crazy drain blockage when we were housesitting tonight. He came quickly and was calm and explained everything about what our options were and the costs. He got the drain cleared and we are back in business!
