First Copy

I called before coming because I needed to print some really important document before my appointment. I also checked the business hours to be sure that the shop was open. And of course when I came it was closed. I could see the employee in the shop, and he could see me too, I waited a few minutes and I had to leave to go to my appointment, empty handed. They put me in a really difficult situation, they shouldve warned me when I called prior that theyre were going to close. Unprofessional and disappointing.

I came here to do printing for school as I was in a hurry and I saw it on my way.I told them I have around 8-10 files to print(around 100pages total), which the employee said that its too much and they only do 4-5 files. Obviously he was lazy and didnt want to. And the way he put his hands around his face in a stressful manner like I havent just asked him to do what the business provides to customers
