Property Management is unprofessional and for lack of better words to describe them, they are a joke. Maintenance of the property (townhouse complex) is nonexistent with health and safety hazards every time you step out your door. As for the interior, expect to fix anything that breaks yourself (as we currently do). Don't bother trying to contact anyone as this is next to impossible. There is no superintendent onsite and the offsite property manager just doesn't care about your VALID issues. I'll end this review with, this company is an investment company and should not manage properties. If you are looking to pay high rent and be managed by slumlords this is the company for you.

It is nothing but the answering machine of a waterloo Sunnydale property management office which plays only one tap "we will let the management know". The answer remains same but the occasions change all the time bit it is a broken dryer or an issue in the house. It is said older the wine better it is, that goes for the management as older the client lesser the Service. And still the dryer is not fixed even after complaining for more than 5 MONTHS! Honestly, don't know from which planet they have ordered the dryer (in case they even have). Lol...

Do not rent through Spice Cart Living. I moved out well over two months ago and am still waiting for my 400$ key deposit back. Its illegal to keep key deposits from previous tenants. They wont answer their emails or the phone. Im currently in the process of filing a T1: Tenant Application for a Rebate through the Landlord and Tenant Board of Ontario.

Waterloo :: Sunnydale place - Worst management! Our dryer isn't working from past 5 months and they don't bother to fix it! Every time we call them asking about the update and representative only says few statements - "Let me talk to the management. I don't know when it'll be fixed but let me talk to them and get back to you." It seems like it takes 5+ months for fixing just one dryer. Not sure if it's the property management or the Waterloo representative but if they can not fix one dryer they should not be calling themselves property management. Don't even bother to rent out a property specially the one at Waterloo Sunnydale place. Wish I could post this with 0 ratings because that's what they're when it comes to service!
