I'm pretty sure Mike S is the backbone of this entire company, he's the best building manager i've ever had, and I know he juggles a lot. Thanks Mike for always handling every issue these buildings throw at you!

Having Mike as our building manger is like having an angel in our midst. He is so kind, so helpful, he always goes above and beyond. It's amazing how much care he puts into his work. Our building wouldn't be the same without him. Honestly he's not even a building manager at this point he's uncle mike always at the rescue. If I could give a zero would be more appropriate. Management cannot even read a void check info properly , leave alone manage the property. Terrible ! Office is closed , no option for leaving a message. They never ever get back to you. One is talking to the walls. Very stubborn. They should be called invisible property management. Not accessible. No upkeep whatsoever!

This is the worst property management company in Canada. Rude staff, they will never return your call or take any inquires or complain seriously. They employ extremely rude staff in their buildings, staff that will treat residents as they are here to serve them. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!. Please, do never ever hire this company to manage your building. Saying this company and the staff that works there are useless is a compliment. They are despicable !!! This garbage of a company should close its doors and never be in the business again.

TRASH. USELESS. 0/5 stars. How is Carmen Puopolo still employed here? Avoid this company at all costs. Does not respond to either tenant or owner enquiries. This is after of course all phone calls to Horizon go to reception, after which there is .01% chance your phone call will actually be returned. Have fun trying to contact Carmen to confirm that the elevator you tried to book five weeks in advance that you were told verbally was booked for you for the entire day was not in fact booked for the time you needed, despite several follow ups via phone and email by several different people. Learned on moving day that we were supposed to contact the superintendent for arrangements. Thanks Carmen for not letting us know this FIVE WEEKS AGO. Should have stuck with Icon.
