I have been looking for an apartment for the past month, I found a lot of superintendents very ignorant on the phone and I'm very frustrated, I spoke with a woman named natasha from 2360 eglintion ave, she made feel like there is hope again, there was nothing available at the moment, but we had a long conversion she was great , very polite and sweet, I hope when i do find an apartment I hope I have a superintendent like that

I rarely write a google review but this worth to be said. Natasha our superintendent at 2360 Eglinton Ave East, is very professional and has a warm, helpful personality. She took quick action on my repair requests and made sure things happened on time. She is very easy to communicate with. She always answers you right away and makes things easier. She has excellent management skills and we are very happy to be tenants here. Thank you Natasha once again. Parwana and Sam

DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!! I was living at 66 Parkwoods Village. My experiences with the management was very unpleasant. this is the worst place I ever lived in my life, I didnt know that people like them existed in Canada. They are so unprofessional and rude!! My apartment was located next to the laundry room on the 4th floor. I had complained numerous times about people doing laundry at 1am. At night I couldnt sleep because of noise from the laundry machine and dyer. On my first night , the washroom door closed on its own and we couldnt get it open so I called the after hours emergency number and Patsy answered and said to me when I told her that the door was locked and I couldnt get it open, and my son needed to use the restroom. Her reply was Do you think Im going to leave my building and come to yours to open your the door for you?! I was so stocked . Last winter all the tenants had to shovel their own parking spots and the drive way. There was an old lady who couldnt even open her car door, she had to borrow someone shovel to try and clear the drivers side door. Didnt even put salt on the driveway or parking. The building also smells really bad and when other people cooked the smell of their food came into my apartment. I gave 3 months and 6 days notice to move out but the superintendent didnt give the management the notice and I only found out when I called them to remind them that I would be using my last month rent deposit for my last month. Im still fighting with them. They are still putting me through a lot of stress to the extent where its affecting my health. I couldnt even recommend this place to my worse enemy.. there were a lot of bird poop on the balcony , some paint is flaking off the walls down the stairs and all the walls are so dirty. The hallway carpet is so dirty and place has a unpleasant smell. My advice to the current tenants please make sure that you contact the LANDLORDS and TENANTS BOARD before you move out because they would try to do the same sh*t that they did and still trying to do to me. My experiences dealing with them was far worse than anything Ive ever experienced in my life. They went into my account and tried to take out the last months rent even though they already have it. Then saying that they didnt get my notice to move out that I gave to the building superintendent. These people are so rude and unprofessional! There are so many more things I want to say but Ill save some for another time.

We moved in 3 weeks ago here at 50 Underhill Dr. and I want to thank superintendent Erika and her husband Charlie for helping us with our moving in and with our accommodation in this new place. Erika is professional and a very nice person. Thank you so much, Erika and Charlie!
