I see most of the negative reviews are a bit older? New ownership? Changes made? can anyone help?

There is problem with bedbugs.i have small families .i have kids since three month back my daughter she got soo many big pimple in her body. We showed doctor so many times.still not went off.so they refer allergies clinic.so Dey said its bedbugs.i dont know how comes.eventhough there s so many rats and cockroaches.we are so much paying rent to tenants.its worthless .the best thing is super (the worker of appt) are very nice to us.if there s prob.they will solved the problems.i liked it

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. *SCAM ARTISTS* I will be taking them to claims court after being rented an apartment that was unfit to live in. Missing fire alarm, faulty wiring in outlets, and my unit was missing a toilet, most units were smoked inside of. Property management answered the door without a shirt, smoking a cigarette. I resided there for FOUR DAYS before I FOUND NEEDLES IN THE HALLWAY AND BLOOD IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM, before I signed an N9, to end my tendency due to unsafe living conditions. They have sent my outstanding lease to collections, and now I am forced to take them to court.

There are lots of cockroaches in this building. Today, my unit was treated for cockroaches during the day (between 9am and 5pm), and when I came back home at 8:50pm , I find management's copy of my door key , with my mailbox key in my doorknob!!!! How many hours was my unit completely unlocked and freely available to thieves is the question? I'm sure the camera in the hallway would be able to tell....if it works. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, and quite frankly for 1350ish per month for a studio - I expect more. Furthermore, when I knocked at the management office downstairs moments ago, the person inside pretended not to be there. This is why I'm airing this in a Google review and not an email.
