Complete garbage company, the Lynden park building in Brantford is horrible and they do not care at all, have tried many times to contact someone about problems for years and never received anything back. Not one thing has ever been repaired in my apartment in 10 years and the building manager has nothing but bad attitude towards us any time we try asking about anything. Can't even find the manager most of the time cause she never here to try getting our rent receipts which is supposed to be given to us by law. Do not recommend any place these people own because they clearly have no care about tenants rights.

Wish I could give -5 stars. They do not know even the basics of communication or common courtesy. They want 2 months money order before even looking at the application - we did that.. You have to go physically to office for everything - nothing is on email - we did that. Then despite of having the cleanest rent record (living in current apt for 5 years) and having a job in a Big4 org, they wanted a guarantor for the rent and then had the audacity to decline the application after 2 weeks of wasting our time and 4 trips to the building location by saying the papers are not clear. BTW these apts do not have ceiling lights, you have to bring your own lamps and the rooms can be very dark..
