I had a 1-year lease at one of the properties the Delespierre brothers manage and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. As I was from out-of-town Nam was able to show me suites via video calls. The paperwork was handled seamlessly through their online website and Nam quickly answered any questions I had. My year at the property was also fantastic as Nam was always quick to respond to any inquiries I had and rapidly resolved any issues that arose. Moving in and out was also simple, easy, and straightforward. Would highly recommend these guys, they are professionals, they work hard, and they get the job done.

My experience renting a student room with Tomadel was the best possible one. Since the initial unit's viewing until after the moving-out date, Nam was very helpful and attentive, quickly answering all my messages and solving any issue that appeared during my rental period. They are very trustworthy, sticking with the agreement and do not taking advantage of you with hidden or improper charges and fees. I would definitely recommend Tomadel to anyone looking for a place to rent.

I've been a tenant at a lot of different properties and have had experience with both different property management teams as well as private landlords in Vancouver, Toronto and New York. The Tomadel team is super professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a stress-free landlord experience. Their communication is always fast and responsive and they are very proactive in the upkeep/maintenance of the building (as well as communicating this out to all the tenants). Additionally, after moving out they have been fantastic as a reference - responding very quick to my new landlord's inquiry. I only moved out of my unit to live with my girlfriend, otherwise I would have been happy to continue renting with this team. Toronto has its fair share of sketchy units and landlords - get peace of mind by going with Tomadel!
