I had the pleasure of working with Drew and Life of Riley Property Management with a condo in Toronto's downtown Church & Wellesley village. Drew comes highly recommended - he's knowledgeable, handy, professional, prompt, kind, and a nice guy - you could not ask for more from Drew or the Life of Riley team.

Im so happy I chose Life of Riley to manage my condo rental. They are professional, competent, super responsive, and take care of everything. In addition to them taking care of all the tasks associated with being a landlord, even with their fee, I have made more money because of them. They were able to negotiate better rent prices than I could myself, as well as help keep a long term tenant happy. Also, they are able to fix small issues in the condo themselves, so I dont have to hire service people (or when I do they have access to well-priced ones). Highly recommend them!

We have had the gentlemen from Life of Riley Property Management take care of our first home for the last 5 years whilst we were away. They have been exceptionally responsive, proactive and careful with choosing tenants, organising maintenance issues from small (gardening and paint touch up) to large (replacing washing machine, air conditioning, bathroom floor etc) and always did so with a smile. No job too big or small and we felt that they genuinely cared how our property was taken care of and who lived there. I would recommend them to friends and family who need someone to provide value-for-money honest folk who will go the extra mile to ensure that they do all they can to make you feel as if your property was being taken care of by old friends who care.
