They go above and beyond to make sure that each of their agents is successful. They are always available for their agents and support them 24/7. I personally have never seen any brokerage like this and I couldn't even believe that this kind of service exists until I joined this brokerage and I would say that was the best move that I have done in my life.

The Brokerage is lead by two terrific Brokers. Analena and Larry, are extremely knowledgeable and helpful to the Agents. They have great mix of Residential Agents for both Urban and Rural properties. Whether you are a buyer, seller or Agent looking for a new brokerage this is the place to call. Knowledge, Professionalism and Integrity second to none. I joined this brokerage as a real estate salesperson in January, 2020 and I feel like I won the lottery. Larry and Analena are available 24/7 for support and they know the business better than anyone I know. Great training programs, low monthly brokerage and deal fees and you won't even believe me if I tell you what the commission split is so I will let them tell you. These people are truly out to make their agents successful at a fraction of the price you will pay at other brokerages.
