Taylor Jones is the consummate real estate professional! From the very first meeting, Taylor identified what was needed to get our house ready to sell. He presented his plan with a calendar of activity like repairs, de-clutter and staging. We knew from that point that we were in good hands. During the preparation stage, Taylor had a wealth of resources and was able to coordinated the trades, cleaning, landscaping, window cleaning etc. He is a great communicator, always polite, results oriented and always with a smile. We did have some concerns due to the housing market downturn (June 2022) that the timing was not right. Taylor gave us his expert advice that once all the preparations were completed, his marketing plan would kick in. He was true to his word! The photographer did an amazing job with the photos and aerial view plus a dedicated website and digital marketing. We listed on a Monday, had showings booked every half hour and after 3 days, SOLD!. We highly recommend Taylor for any real estate needs. He knows the business and will do his very best for his clients as he really cares. Thanks to Taylor, we are able to move on to the next phase of our retirement.

I was referred to Taylor Jones Group through a friend and Taylor did not disappoint! Taylor helped me find the perfect condo in Scarborough which fit all of my needs.
