Working with Brett to find a Toronto condo rental was such a pleasure! As someone who has a busy schedule, efficiency and convenience is super important to me. He quickly learned what I was looking for, promptly sent over several listings meeting my criteria/price range, set up viewings and easily rescheduled them when needed, and made the whole experience feel seamless. We were able to find my ideal rental within a week of starting the process. He was always available to answer any questions I had and would reach out to the appropriate sources to find more information. I would definitely recommend Brett to anybody who is looking to work with an amazing realtor!
