I couldnt recommend Ashley and team enough! Ive had an amazing experience selling and purchasing with Ashley, shes great at keeping you grounded and always has your best interest in mind. Ashley and Piotr are always on top of everything and very responsive which is key when going through a process that can be so intimidating such as purchasing/selling a home. VERY highly recommend Ashley and her team. When searching for a condo Ashley was extremely attentive to my needs, showing me options I hadn't previously considered that ended up being my perfect home. The team was immediately responsive, even anticipating my questions and needs before I even asked. When it came to negotiating on price Ashley gave precise details on how to secure the property at a great deal. I will definitely be using the ASP group for all future buys or when it comes time to sell in the future!

I worked with Ashley and her team for the sale of my condo and purchase of a townhome. It was a great process.
