Diana is always quick to respond, even on weekends. She would send me listings that were in my criteria as soon as they popped up. This was a big reason why I was able to get my current place, because she was so quick on the draw. From finding the listing, to getting a showing, and all the forms I needed to get in to secure the unit. She was very informative when I was asking questions about how the real estate market works for renters. And just generally pleasant to work with. She had my back on a lot of the rental process that I didn't know about. And was an essential advocate for all the things that the landlord should be providing me as a tenant. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent to help me navigate into the next stage of my life.

Diana and her associate Laith are by far the best agents we have ever worked with. They are extremely punctual and professional, as they have all the process and paperwork digitized for greater convenience. Along with their professionalism, Diana went above and beyond to help us when any problems occurred. This included going to see a rental unit late at night, on last minute notice, in order for us to secure our place as we were out of town. Diana, is also extremely knowledgable of the Toronto market. Any questions that we regarding the nuances of an area or building were immediately answered in detail. This including things such as the buildings management and neighborhood safety. I would highly recommend Diana to anyone looking for an agent in Toronto!

Laith conducted himself with professionalism at all times. Laith was very prompt with his communications whether by phone or email. Laith also effectively negotiated with other agents, and always had his clients best interest in mind. Furthermore, Laith's knowledge of the real-estate market was exceptional and he was very in touch with the ever changing market dynamics.
