I have been fortunate enough to work with Nadia for my real estate needs for over 5 years now. Nadia was truly a pleasure to work with as I searched to purchase a property in downtown Toronto. She was extremely knowledgeable about the neighbourhood and was always quick to point out new listings. She went above and beyond to book viewings and make herself available to me by phone or email. On one occasion, she booked a last minute viewing of a condo after we had already seen it hours prior just so that I could take measurements of the space. Above all else, I greatly appreciated her candor when it came to which buildings and/or units to avoid. She was respectful of my search criteria and helped me find a number of suitable condos within my price range.
