        Gupta Group cancelled the Icona Condos project in Vaughan and now they are apparently going to be building on that same land! (They own the land). They used hundreds of people's deposits to gain interest over 2 years and then just abruptly cancelled the Icona Condos project "due to financial difficulties". WHAT A SCAM. Apparently, they are also going to take on a new project at Dufferin and 401 (Holiday Inn will be demolished). Buyer BEWARE. I am a real estate agent and I would NEVER let my clients deal with these scammers. Any 5 star reviews on them are also either family members or fake accounts.
