Sean and Lucie have been fantastic. It's a hassle free experience especially during communication with mortgage agent and lawyer. Lucie was so patient when we kept on changing our requirements and restricting the budget. I felt her primary goal is customer satisfaction when I saw her attend a viewing even though she was not feeling well.
