Despite an apparent and imminent downturn in the real estate market, we got an acceptable offer and sold our house in TWO DAYS with Sammy Kohn at Properly. Sammy is knowledgeable and of the real estate market, and keeps on top of important indicators in a rapidly changing market. Very importantly, for us anyway, was the gentle and persistent guiding push Sammy provided us to make sure our house was in the best condition we could make it to show well. One of a million that people would like being in and want to hang on to, to help secure a sale. The effort speaks for itself. Zoya was great to work with; her responses were very timely, she has very strong market knowledgeable, negotiates well with lots of data, and digs into issues which in my case was to make sure I was well covered in the purchase agreement with an existing tenant. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a place, with some doubts and not knowing who to go to, so we decided to start looking on the Properly website, once we found an interesting place to see we filled the web forms and were redirected to Zoya Zajac as our new Real Estate Agent. The experience with Zoya was great for a number of reasons, but we would say that the the main highlight of Zoya as a Real Estate Agent is the attention to detail, any conversation that we had with her, no matter how anecdotal it sounded at the moment, she remembered every single important detail, making the search and the decision easier, because instead of trying to convince you that this place if the best for you, she would be looking at the exact things that you are trying to find. Zoya is great at communicating, and its always within reach if you have more questions. From start to finish Zoya did a great job, and went above and beyond at the closing date when an unexpected problem arised. Recommended.
