We are repeat clients of Sandra at Green Hedge due to her professionalism, high communication, responsiveness, and conscientiousness. Those are, in my opinion, the most important qualities one should be looking for in a realtor. Our past agents were always highly qualified, but Sandra is just next-level good at her job and you never feel like you're being pressured. She has too much character for that. There's a good saying in sales - "transfer of trust" - and Sandra establishes that with you right way. It's just her nature. If you've read a review here with a rating lower than five stars, it was most likely because that client was just plain unreasonable. That's the only explanation that I can come up with.

We met Sandra through a good friend of ours and we clicked right away. After a lengthy first phone call with her, we decided to use her services. We listed a 1 bedroom condominium and sold over asking price in only a few hours. A month later we listed a 3 bedroom condominium and sold for the listed prices in 4 days. Then came the hardest part of finding a house for our small family. After several viewings in Toronto and a couple heartbreaks of loosing out on 2 houses that we really liked, my wife and I decided to look for a house in Maple. After a few more viewings together with Sandra we found the perfect house for us and we are very happy living in it and watching our kids grow. Sandra was ALWAYS very quick in answering our phone calls, texts and emails. She was very honest in her answers. Also she recommended us to a top notch mortgage broker. Our experience with Sandra turned out to be a very positive one and thanks to your low commission we saved thousands of $$$ which went towards our investment. We have known Sandra since 2014 when we first got married and were looking for rental properties. Sandra's attentiveness and customer service skills is second to none. When we informed her that we wanted to list our house on the market, Sandra was very responsive and understood the assignment.
