Sep recently helped my brother and I find a rental condo in Toronto. Our experience with Sep was great. After providing us with a list of properties that met our criteria, he listened to what we were looking for and provided some great advice without pushing his own opinions. He then helped us negotiate a great deal with the landlords agent once we had picked a place and he helped make sure we had everything we needed to get set up with our new building and exchange keys with our new landlord. Sep could not have been friendlier or nicer throughout the experience and we have nothing but positive things to say. We will definitely be recommending Sep to any of our friends the next time they need to move.

My husband and I have been working with Sep for over a year now. Being unsure of what we wanted, new to the city of Toronto and on a set budget we really wanted to take things slowly. Sep got in contact with me because I signed up for some of his listings, and I told him we were just looking and I would contact him when we were ready. He absolutely respected that and did not pressure us at all. When we wanted to look at some units just to see what was out there, he was very willing to set up appointments but we were not pressured at all to decide, before we were ready. He has a lot of patience because we kept changing our minds as to where, what and how much!! Through it all he was patient and knowledgeable. When we finally did start negotiating for our home he advised us well and was knowledgeable about all ends of the business. He listened to our concerns, found out the answers and negotiated fairly. He definitely knows what he is doing and knows the market! He was ALWAYS prompt in answering my texts and phone calls and is always available- and I bugged him a lot!! ( sorry Sep!) He has an excellent balance of low key, no pressure and ramping up the speed when a deal needs to happen because his client is ready. He can definitely hustle if the situation warrants it With his guidance, we have successfully concluded a purchase for our new home and could not be happier with his services!

My boyfriend and I were very fortunate enough to meet Sep who genuinely has a passion and care for his job but also his clients. We both were looking for a place to rent with a specific area in mind and budget. Sep was a great support. From the moment we met to the end process he was prompt on his communication with us. From answering questions, to guiding us he did it all with a smile on his face and with honesty. Despite the market currently being off the roof with high demands of rental properties he made sure he wasnt in it just for commission but educated both of us on what we were viewing.
