Aaron knows the Toronto real estate market inside out. We were so lucky to have found him particularly at the height of the pandemic. He went out of his way to help us findthe perfect tenants for our apartment in the city. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and hard working. He staged our apartment meticulously and understood the importance of strong photographs and creating an optimalvirtual viewing experience at a time when people were hesitating to visit apartments in person. Perhaps most importantly, Aaron is honest and trustworthy. He had great judgement and instincts when it came to honing in on the right tenant. I was very pleased with Aaron's services. Our scope for finding our next home was constantly changing and Aaron was definitely flexible and patient with us. Not to mention, he was super quick to respond to my questions and concerns (even on New Year's Eve).
