This review is well overdue but highly necessary and deserved (sorry its a bit lengthy). Honestly, words cannot explain how attentive, professional, knowledgeable, caring and empathetic Monique and her entire team were with both the sale of our condo and purchase of our new home! Our circumstances were very unique, our demands were high, and our time constraints were very short; however, nonetheless Monique and her team made magic happen and executed both deals in record timing and record price! Last October, I had contacted Monique about a listing at 3:30pm. Within an hour, she had booked us an appointment at 6:30pm to see the house that very same day. By 8:30pm we had put in an offer, along with a letter to the owner that Monique suggested and helped put together. After a bidding war with several others interested, in less than 24hrs, the house was ours the very next morning! This was a house that had over 60 viewings prior to us, but with Moniques help, negotiation skills and perseverance we won the bid, and the house was ours!!! After closing the deal, we only had 3 weeks to renovate our condo and sell it in time for the purchase of the new house, but Monique and her team came to the rescue once again! Not only did she get us $140K OVER ASKING, but she also executed the entire process. Her and her team helped us literally pack, move, renovate, clean, and stage our condo to get us over 40 showings in 3 days! I could go on and on how Monique and her team were our saving grace, but her professionalism and knowledge in the housing market speak for itself! She is a FULL-SERVICE agency that does everything from help you pack to unpack and everything in-between. She will always have your back, come to the rescue, be honest with you, and most of all understand your situation, wants and needs. My husband and I had a lot of personal family stuff going on, but Monique made sure to help us every step of the way, instilled our trust and put our minds at ease with both the sale of our condo and purchase of our new home. This could have not been done without her and her fabulous teams positive energy and vibes! Monique is the only realtor I will use moving forward and highly recommend her! I am a first time home buyer and came across my agents name online when looking at a potential real estate opportunity. Things werent quite aligning for me but when they started I reached back out to Monique and asked if she would be able to help me find my first home. I am so glad I saved her email the first time around. Working with her has been so wonderful, she took her time, asked questions, provided insight and knowledge into this process and was so helpful. As a first time home buyer this entire process is a bit daunting but Monique was always available to answer questions and put my worrying brain to ease. She always asked how I felt after each step which was so important because this is the biggest purchase most people will make in their life and you want to ensure your comfortable with your decision. Relational and not transactional There are not enough words to describe how wonderfully amazing Monique, Trisha and the extended team are. I had been out of the market for well over a decade and quickly realized just how little I knew. Monique held my hand through the entire process. Though I appreciated and valued her spot on market knowledge and experience, what I valued most was her kindness and thoughtfulness. When I struggled at different points (including in my personal life), she was there with a listening ear, validated my feelings, made me laugh and surrounded me with care and concern. Monique is simply a breath of fresh air. She always made time and created space for me to share my fears and dreams. She was honest with where I needed to pull back and was a huge cheerleader in areas she wanted me to dream even bigger.
