Ryanne is truly exceptional - seriously, look no further. My husband and I connected with Ryanne after she was recommended to us during the pandemic and she helped us to find amazing tenants for our rental. We have since sold two properties, and bought a house that we love with her help. We sold our two condos in a tough market, and bought a house in an area with high demand and multiple offers- Ryanne was able to gracefully navigate us through every step of the crazy process with invaluable knowledge, experience, incredible communication, and guidance that we knew we could truly trust. She has been such a joy to work with throughout this process, and weve been thrilled with the outcome selling our place in a matter of days and at our list price. Ryanne is an amazing realtor and person to work with. She helped us find our first home when we moved to Toronto and she went above and beyond to find a place that we love! She is professional, attentive and responsive. Given that we were new to Canada, she gave us good advice and recommendations about the different neighbourhoods and real estate market itself. She also has a positive attitude and wonderful personality, which we found refreshing in the competitive real estate market. Would really recommend hiring her :)
