John helped us find our first home in Toronto 5 years ago, and recently helped us buy a new home and sell our original home. Despite a volatile market, John kept us composed and navigated us to great outcomes on both our buy and sell! Super knowledgeable, does his homework, and really adds value in negotiating great deals for his clients! He did a great job at keeping us informed throughout the process, and provides a full service offering from getting your home ready to sell right through to close (and even beyond, finding a handyman to build a backyard playground for us). John found us too good a home that we dont plan on moving for many years and hopefully wont need his services again near term, but if we do, Johns the guy!

John provided nothing short of a smooth, professional and easy-going experience for my first-time home purchase in Toronto. He truly endeavors to take the time to getting you the property you want, rather than pushing you into the market. John was an absolute dream to work with. Buying in the Toronto housing market as a first time home buyer was intimating and overwhelming but John made it feel easy. John was extremely knowledgable, with some background in construction and personal house renovation experience, he was able to guide us through the important assessments of a home and realistic prices for upkeep. John was patient and understanding over the 3 month intense journey. He created a community for us of a talented mortgagee broker and real estate agent so that we were well informed of each decision and consideration along the way.
